Ipsy Glambag May 2016 Review - Destination Chic

Yea! My Ipsy Glambag has arrived for the month of May and I am really excited to see the new makeup bag, theme, and beauty products in store for me. Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription box that delivers at least five beauty samples and full size products in a makeup bag for only $10 a month. This subscription has been very exciting and very disappointing in the past, so while I am really excited to see what is inside, I am hoping that the products inside will be great for me. Either way, the value is usually great, so I know that the products will at least be worth the cost.

This time of the year, I feel like every subscription box has this theme. Now that it is warmer out, everyone is traveling, going outdoors, and exploring, so I understand why. Ipsy products tend to not go with the theme that well, but since these will probably all be samples, they would be perfect for travel, so that already works. I really like this month's bag and the new snap closure is really cool. I like all the famous monuments from all around the world, and it really inspires me to get out and explore. It is a little weird that the card is vintage and the bag is bright and girly, so they don't go together at all, but the card itself can be a postcard, which is cool and unique.

This month's bag is pretty light, and the products seem pretty small, but I know that doesn't exactly judge the value. I do see a wide range of products, so that makes me happy, and I really can't wait to try them all out. It is looking like a great bag already.

Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow Trio in Crush, Skinny Dip, and Lovely

$12.00 - 0.1 oz    ($8.40 Value)

I love this brand, and I already own a few of their eye shadow palettes. They are always my go to colors, and I love their medium pigmentation. This trio palette isn't exactly full size, but pretty darn close, and since I've never actually gone through an entire eye shadow pan, I am alright with this deluxe sample. These colors are a little darker than I expected from first glance, and that purple, warm tone is just a little too dark for me. Otherwise, I really like the brass and the tan color, which will work perfectly once I get a tan. I really like this product, but it won't be a go to like my others.

Hanalei Lip Treatment

$25.00 - 15 g    ($8.33 Value)

I am pretty excited about this product, because it is really high end, it is made from natural ingredients, and my lips are always really dry, so this will be put to great use. Ingredients like nut oil, agave, and grapeseed oil smooth and moisturize your lips, but also helps contain the moisture so your lips don't dry out quickly afterwards. After my first use, I wasn't too thrilled with this product at all. It tastes really weird, which sucks since you're going to eventually get some in your mouth being on your lips. Also, it seems to be just a glorified petroleum jelly. I expected more out of a product that is high end and on the expensive side. This was a miss for me, but since it is so practical, I will use it up eventually.

Trissola Chia Smoothing Oil

$26.00 - 2 oz    ($6.50 Value)

My hair is already fine and flat without much texture, so this smoothing oil just doesn't make since for me. This product was created to help with manageability and shine, but for me, it just makes my hair look a little greasy. I think I would be able to put this on my ends as a treatment and wash it off in the morning. Otherwise, I don't think I would ever use this. This is a quarter of the regular size, so it is a good enough sample size, and this would last anyone a while. I am a little bummed about this product, but I know others will love it. I just wish I received a volumizer or deep conditioner instead.

Smashbox X-Rated Mascara

$22.00 - 0.3 fl oz    ($7.33 Value)

Everyone absolutely loves Smashbox, and I can say that I am a part of that crowd. One of their mascaras is already a favorite of mine, so I know this mascara is going to be nice. I can't believe how great this makes my lashes look. It separates my lashes, but still creates major volume and drama. I usually layer mascaras, but with this product I can only use this. I would totally bring this along with me on a trip since it is already small, and I wouldn't have to bring an additional makeup product. This is my favorite sample of the box, and I am glad I got a chance to try this out.

Glamour Dolls Blending Brush #10 Sperm Whale Edition

$3.99

I really enjoy how Ipsy delivers both beauty products and tools in their subscription boxes. I use some of the brushes I've received from Ipsy almost every single day. This is actually a type of brush that I already have, and the brush itself isn't the best quality, but I have to say, those whales are super cute, and I could see myself happier while getting ready just by using this. The bristles are super soft and medium packed, so this would be a great brush to use to smudge. I really like this brush, but it isn't the best one I've ever received, but I will still use it anyways. In the future I am hoping for an eyebrow brush or a all over powder brush.

Once again, this box was the middle of the road for me. The mascara is the only product that I absolutely loved, but the eye shadow and brush were nice. The lip treatment kinda sucked, especially for the price, and hair oil just isn't for me and my hair type. Another plus, though, that makeup bag is really fun, and it is one of my all time favorites I've received from them. This month's bag has a value of $34.55. That is actually on the lower side for Ipsy, but it is still great for only spending $10. This month's bag wasn't a win, but since last month's was, I am going to continue with my subscription until it seems unfit.

PopSugar Must Have Mini May 2016 Review

Yea! The second PopSugar Must Have Mini has arrived, and I am excited to see what is inside. PopSugar Mini is a brand new subscription box for $18.95 that delivers two full size products that go along with the full size box's theme. Last month was alright, but I wasn't too thrilled, and the value wasn't that great. I decided to stick it out for another month and see if it got any better, which I think it will. I can't wait to see what is inside this month, and hopefully they will turn everything around for me and all their subscribers.

This box doesn't come with it's own themes, but the products are based off the full size box. Those inspirational themes are hydration, yoga, deep breathes, fitness, relaxation, and heath. All of those words really appeal to me, and I am sure I will enjoy these products. I do also like that they list out the products on this card with descriptions and prices. That way I can fully understand the product and why it stands out among the rest. I hate when I have to go to other sources to check out the price, or even worse, how to use it.

Zing Anything Zingo Tritan in White

$12.99

I am super pumped with this water bottle. I put lemon in my water almost every single day, but I don't always get enough citrus flavor. This bottle is a perfect way to get a ton of flavor without getting seeds and food particles in your mouth as you drink. Also the bottle itself is super sleek and modern. I don't like anything too bright or girly, so this bottle is perfect for me. I was a little worried about the middle leaking, but it is verified leak proof. Also, I like that is it versatile and the middle piece can be taken out completely when you want just a bottle of water. I can't wait to try this out with a bunch of fruit and vegetables, and I don't think it will be leaving my side for a ver long time.

H20+ Oasis Hydrating Treatment

$36.00 - 1.7 fl oz

At first, I wasn't too excited about this product. I didn't absolutely love the products I've used from this line, but that was mainly because they weren't anything out of the ordinary. Also, I have so many face creams, that I'm a little overwhelmed about using them all. I started getting excited about this product after reading the reviews. Many people were long time, devoted users who where obsessed with the product. I know if anyone can use the same product for 20 years plus, it's got to be great. I like how this is pretty light and vanishes quickly. It makes it easy and quick to get ready in the morning. I really enjoy this face cream, but it isn't anything too special I don't think. I may change my mind after using it for a while.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this box. They didn't nail it yet, but it is so much better than their first compilation. The hydration theme of the box is perfect since it is simple, and is one of the themes of the large size box, but the products are both very different but still work together perfectly. This month's box has a value of $50.99. I am really happy with that value since it is more than double the price of the box, and both items are practical, high quality, and exciting products. I am really happy with this box, and I am glad they turned it around for me. I couldn't possibly cancel after this box was so great.

Birchbox May 2016 Review - Out of Doors

Yea! Once again, my Birchbox has arrived, but this time it is for the month of May. This month doesn't have much going for it, except the spark of summer, so I am excited to receive my subscription boxes even more. Birchbox is a monthly subscription box that offers at least five samples and sometimes full size beauty products curated to your profile for only $10 a box. Also, they have specially crafted boxes to the theme, so it is always fun to see what's inside.

This month, Birchbox teamed up with Keds to create this super colorful box. I really like these pastel colors and how well it goes with spring, but otherwise, this isn't really my style. When I really enjoy the pattern on the box, I like to put them on display, but otherwise I will use them to organize my beauty products, especially since I have so many samples. This one in particular won't be put on display, but it will be helpful to organize my products.

This month's theme is Out of Doors. Every single subscriber is going to receive a SPF sample this month that will get everyone prepped for the outdoors. The rest of the samples this month will get you and your body ready for the warmer weather and baring more skin. I do live in a warmer area, but I have yet to bare my legs this year, so I am excited for some products that will get me prepped for the next few months. Also, I don't love SPF samples, but I know I should wear it more often, and it is a necessity, so it will be a product that I will use. I can't wait to see what is in store.

Real Chemistry Luminous 3-Minute Peel for Body

$34.00 - 5.4 fl oz    ($3.15 Value)

This was my sample choice for the month, and it is something that I am really excited to try out. I have the face peel already, and it leaves my face bright and luminous, just as it claims, so I know this body peel will do wonders. You can literally use this anywhere on your body, and it produces different results. You can use it on your collar and shoulders to get your skin ready for summer, on your bikini zone to help reduce red bumps, or on your feet to soften. I think this is the perfect product to get your body ready for summer, and I can't wait to try it out.

amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo

$24.00 - 5.3 oz    ($3.40 Value)

People love this dry shampoo, and I've always wanted to give it a try. I am pretty disappointed about the size alone. I go through a bottle of dry shampoo in less than a month, so this sample will probably get me about three uses. On the plus side, this smells amazing. It's a mixture of berry and clean linen, which is the perfect scent when trying to freshen up your hair. I thought that it worked pretty well. It isn't as powdery as some, which helps soak up the oil, but at least it doesn't leave your hair white. I liked this sample, but it was too small, and it is a little too expensive for something I don't love. I am happy I finally was able to try it out, though.

Coola SPF 50 Sport in Mango

$32.00 - 5 oz    ($2.18 Value)

I don't love receiving sunscreen samples in my subscription boxes, since they aren't that exciting, but they are always nice to have, because I will eventually use them, so it is always a mixed feeling. This is their new mango scent, and I really hate smelling like sunscreen, so this might be a perfect product for me. It does have a touch of sunscreen scent, but it's not as harsh as most and the mango is pretty soft overall. This blends in almost immediately, but it does give my skin a little bit of a shimmer, which I don't love. Also, this packaging makes it appear like there is a lot of product inside, but it is actually barely filled. That is a little bit of a bummer. I like this sample, but it isn't my absolute favorite. Again, just an alright product that I won't end up purchasing.

ModelCo Lip Lacquer in

$24.00 - 3 ml    ($12.00 Value)

I am a huge fan of ModelCo, but I prefer tinted moisturizer over creamy lip color. I have four of their lipsticks, and they are my favorite matte lip product I own. This product has a little bit of shimmer, but I really enjoy it, especially for a liquid product. Also, this color is perfect. It is a great feminine pink, but is still super modern. I love that it is a pretty classic shade too. I could see myself wearing this all summer long, especially with those summer whites. There are little specks of gold in this shade that also make it glamorous and fresh. I am in love with this color, and I can't wait to wear it all spring/summer long.

Kalos Skincare Triple Threat Detox Masque

$39.00 - 60 ml    ($9.75 Value)

I absolutely love face masks. I like to do them a few times a week, and I love seeing how they give my face a clean, luminous, and moisturizing glow. This mask is a triple threat and cleanses, nourishes, and exfoliates which leaves your skin dewey and fresh. It also moisturizes, so this helps with more than just three things. This product smells super natural, and it actually reminds me of a mask I received from another subscription. As soon as I applied this product to my clean face, I could feel it working. Also, I noticed a brighter completion after taking if off. I really enjoy this face mask, and it is possibly my favorite product in the box. It will last me a while too, since the size is pretty large.

Overall, I am happy but not overjoyed with this month's box. I absolutely love the liquid lipstick, but it does dry out my lips. The face mask and body peel are both nice too, and I will get great use out of these. The dry shampoo was nice to try, but I like other products more, and the price is way too steep. Also, even though I will use the SPF, this isn't as wonderful as was promised. This month's box has a value of $30.48. That is pretty normal for Birchbox, and I'm happy with that amount. Even though the box doesn't have an astronomical value, I will use everything, so it is well worth the $10 I spent. Even though this wasn't a great month, I will keep my subscription going, especially since they always get better.

If you would like to try Birchbox for yourself, just click here. It is a great gift for yourself, or anyone in your friend or family group that loves beauty products.

Bulu Weight Loss Box April 2016 Review

Yea! My Bulu Box for the month of April has arrived, and while I don't look forward to this box like many of my other beauty and lifestyle boxes, I still really enjoy receiving health and wellness samples and full size products in the mail, because they will make me feel great from the inside out. Bulu Box delivers at least five items, sometimes full size, to your door for only $10 a month. Also, if you use their forever $5 code, you will only spend half that for your entire subscription. Since the samples are sometimes really cheap, five dollars is a great price for this box and keeps me wanting more and more.

Along with only spending $5 on this box, I get points for reviewing samples and just for ordering the box. Each sample review is worth $1 and the box gives me $2.50 just for ordering. That means for a $5 box, I get at least $7.50 to spend in the shop on full size products that I love. This makes the box really worth it to me, especially since I've been able to purchase so many great product for free.

Quality of Life Krill Oil MD

$29.95 - 60 softgels    (Full Size!)

To start off, this is a full size bottle that values six times more than I paid for the box. This sample alone pays for the box and then some. That is crazy. These krill oil tablets are an excellent source of omega-3, and are both gluten and GMO free. Experts recommend 500 mg of EPA/DHA every day, which is obtainable by only taking two of these soft gels every day. I normally take fish oil, so I will be happy to take these once I run out of my current bottle. Also, since this is a full size product, it will last me at least a month. I am really happy with this product, and it will definitely make me look and feel better.

Fru-licious Freeze Dried Fruit in Banana & Strawberry

$11.99 - 12 pouches    ($1.00 Value)

I actually tried this product before, and I wasn't too happy with it despite loving freeze dried fruit. The first pouch I was sent was grapes, which were really weird in flavor and texture. This flavor on the other hand is so good. I love strawberries and bananas to begin with, so this all natural, crunchy snack that is low on calories, healthy, and delicious. This is something I could totally get behind when I want a snack, but I don't want to eat crap. I am really happy with this sample, and this only contributes to this amazing box.

$34.99 - 12 pack    ($2.92 Value)

The energy shot craze is kinda over, mostly because they are so terrible for you and taste disgusting. These are something completely different. First, they are all natural and packed with so many vitamins and nutrients. Next, this taste pretty good, and I really like the pomegranate flavor. Also, the energy is consistent, so you won't have an energy crash. I am really happy with this product, because sometimes I just need a shot of energy. This would be perfect to have at work, but it is a little expensive still. It is about three dollars a pop, which in all reality is more than a shot of espresso. I really enjoyed this sample, but I don't think I would purchase more because of the price.

The Hand Stuff

$11.99 - 2 oz    ($0.63 Value)

Even though this sample is tiny, I was really excited to try out this balm. I have really dry hands and feet, so I like trying out new products that will alleviate the uncomfortable itch. This hands stuff smells great, but instead of being a cream like I would've guessed, this is a  balm. It does cure dryness really well, but it isn't something you could put on in the middle of the day, because it doesn't really dry, and leaves your hands a little greasy. I think this is something I will put on my hands and feet at night and let it set while I sleep. Since it works really well, I will reap all the benefits, but I won't have to deal with the greasiness. I like this sample a lot, and I wouldn't mind purchasing the full size product.

$26.99 - 12 bars    ($2.25 Value)

I continue to think it is a little weird receiving high calorie snack in my weight loss box. I purposely don't want to pack on the calories, but at least this is a healthy product that will keep me away from eating fattening foods. This bar is all natural, doesn't have GMOs, is gluten free, vegan, and dairy free. I really like how well this will curve my appetite with all natural ingredients and still appeals to so many dietary restrictions. This isn't my favorite sample from the box, but I was still able to enjoy it, and it was the perfect amount of food when I needed a snack.

Overall, I am really happy with this month's box, and I think it is the best box I have received. I love the krill oil pills, the energy shot, the dried fruit, and I am also a big fan of the hand balm, but I will mostly use it on my feet. The only sample I didn't love was the snack less bar, but I still actually liked it. It was pretty tasty and filling. This box has a value of $33.75. That is pretty crazy for something that only cost me $5. Also, I get $7.50 to spend in the shop after reviewing these, so the value is actually much more. I hope I start receiving more boxes like this.

If you would like to try Bulu Box for yourself, just click here. It is a fun and cheap way to find a healthier person inside.

PopSugar Must Have April 2016 Review

Yea! My PopSugar Must Have is here for the month of April, and I can't wait to see what is in store for me. It is the launch of their new look, which means a much larger box and a new style. Besides that and the new look of the card, this is the same old box, and one that I don't really care too much for. You'd think the larger box would be more and larger products, but instead they just floated around inside, and the box was a little unorganized when it arrived at my door. Either way, I am sure what is inside will be great and have a value over $100 like always.

Same as always, each box has words that inspired the products inside. The words for this month are floral, green, natural, sustainable, fresh, and renewal. These sounds completely like Spring, so I am excited about that. I am guessing there will be some all natural beauty products, plants, and recycling products inside. These are all perfect for me, so I hope that I am right. There could also possibly be a water bottle inside too. I can't wait to find out.

Cravings: Recipes For All the Food You Want to Eat by Chrissy Teigen

$29.99

I really enjoy cooking books lately, and while I wasn't sure what Chrissy Teigen would be able to offer, these recipes cross so many categories. It has everything from meatloaf and casserole to pad grapow, crab cakes, and drunken noodles. So many of these recipes are meals I would only order from restaurants because I didn't think I would ever be able to make them at home, but this book has given new light on the subject. Everything looks so good, and I can't wait to try them out. Next grocery trip, we will definitely be purchasing ingredients to make a few of these concoctions.

Royal Apothic Field Poppy Conservatories Hand Creme

$24.00 - 3.3 oz

I absolutely love this brand, and I use hand cream all day, everyday. Everything about this product is beautiful and fancy. The box has a fabric texture, the packaging is beautiful, and it even comes with a turning key to get every last drop. The cream itself is also so luxurious. It is the perfect consistency and completely moisturizes without making my hands feel greasy. Also, the scent is sweet with a touch of musk which is the perfect mixture for spring. I don't know if I am going to take this to work or leave it on my vanity, but I know I am going to enjoy every ounce of this cream. This is one of my favorite products I've received from a subscription box, EVER!

Noon Design Shop Lemons Flour Sack Tea Towel

$18.00

This is such a pleasant surprise for this month's box. I love that this product is so cute, yet so practical so everyone will be able to use it. I also love lemons. They are my favorite food, and my favorite color, so this item is extra special to me. The flour sack material gives it a rustic feel, but the lemons are cutsie, and it even fits in my modern kitchen. This towel isn't the most absorbent, but this would be great for hanging on the stove for hand drying or even just to decorate. I will be using this over and over for sure, and I can't wait to get it out already.

Farmacy Sleep Tight Firming Night Balm

$48.00 - 1.7 fl oz

At first, I wasn't too excited about this product, because I didn't really care about the lip bloom in the mini subscription, but this is quickly becoming my favorite item in the box. This is a firming night cream, so I'm already interested. Also, it reminds me of the coconut oil I've been smearing on my face the last few years, but with many more healing ingredients. By using natures ingredients, this tones, restores elasticity, and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I've been using this every night since I've receive it, and I absolutely love it and notice small differences. I am going to use every last drop of this all natural, miracle cream.

Canvas Home Tinware Salt & Pepper Shakers

$12.00

I am starting to see the kitchen theme with these products. The cookbook will get me started, and the tea towel and salt and pepper shaker will only assist me in creating those delicious meals. These really aren't my style, unfortunately, but I do know that they will make a great gift for that country kitchen owner. Even though it isn't my style, these are super cute, and they seem to be really high quality. I really like the typewriter print also. Too bad these just wouldn't fit in my kitchen, because I would like them otherwise.

Next by Nature Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans

$4.00 - 3 oz

After reading the inspiration word fresh, I thought that the food item would be something fruity, but instead it is chocolate once again. I don't really like chocolate, but I do like coffee, so I am interested in trying them out. These do have the dark chocolate flavor that doesn't appeal to me, but the coffee beans are interesting. This wouldn't be something that I would pick out on my own, but I'm glad I was able to try it out.

$20.00

I actually really enjoy these gift cards, and I think this is the perfect place to go shopping this time of year. It is almost mother's day, and flowers are always the perfect gift. Since I live so far away from my mom, I would have to deliver something to her anyways, so why not this. One the disappointing side, this website only offers nine different bundles and the cheapest one is $30 and is called "tiny." I don't really want to spend even $10 on that small of a bundle. Maybe I will end up using this, but I wish there were more options at more reasonable prices.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this month's box. After reading the inspirational words, I really thought this box would go in a different direction, and one that would've liked more, but I am really happy with the kitchen theme and the natural beauty products. I love the firming night balm, hand cream, and cookbook. I will use all three of those items all the time. The towel is great too, but I don't think I would ever use the salt and pepper shaker, and the dark chocolate espresso beans just aren't for me. This box has a value of $155.99. That is incredible for a box that only costs $40. I do like this box, and I think it appeals to the masses pretty well. I'm going to keep on receiving this box for sure.

PopSugar Mini Must Have April 2016 Review

Well, my first PopSugar Must Have Mini has arrived, and I am excited to see what this box has to offer. There are some rumors about what this box will offer, but until I see it, I can't really believe it. I've been a PopSugar Must Have subscriber to the full size box for more than a year, and I really do like the box, so I am hoping this will be more of the good. This Mini box is a new monthly subscription that promises to offer at least two full size products to your door for $18.95. The full size box has such a great value, so I am hoping that this box will take after those traits.

Just like the full size box, the mini gives you an descriptive card that explains each product and gives you a dollar price. I really prefer these in my subscription boxes, because sometimes I don't really know what the product is for or how to use it. Also, it is nice to see how much I would have spent on the item if I purchased it outside of the box. Unlike the full size box, this doesn't come with inspirational words that help them curate the box. I do like those, because it is kinda like a theme, and you can really see where the inspiration came from. But, I guess sense there aren't as many products in this box, it isn't really necessary.

Farmacy Strawberry Basil Lip Bloom

$16.50 - 0.25 oz

I was really excited about this product at first, but after checking it out a little more, I have become not a fan. This is supposed to smell like strawberry basil, which I was really excited about, but instead it smells like an all natural store. That means that these products are probably all natural, but this isn't something that I would love putting on my lips. Also, the lip moisturizer works well, but it creates an unwanted sheen, which doesn't match my matte lip look. I will use this, but I am not in love with the product as a whole.

$16.00 - 7 oz

I do really love candles, and I will burn them all year long, so I am pretty happy with this item in this box. The mellon is really refreshing with a splash of peach and orange zest. To me, it smells just like mellon, which is so refreshing and the perfect scent for spring. While I do really like this candle, it is pretty basic to me, and I feel i could find a similar item in any mall for less than the listed price. At least this is an item that I like and will use up.

Overall, I am not too impressed with the box. I am a little bummed about the price and the items inside. I could have purchased a candle and a lip moisturizer for less than $19, so that already turns me away. Also, I do like that candle, but I don't really care for the lip bloom, so I really just spend all that money on one candle that isn't even super special. This month's box has a value of $32.50, which isn't much more than I spent. I am not happy with this box, but I will give it a few more chances before I cancel altogether. It may take a time or two to get this box completely right.

If you would like to try PopSugar Must Have Mini for yourself, just click here. Since it is cheaper than the normal box, it would be a great alternative to give yourself or someone you love a special treat for half the price.

Ipsy Glambag April 2016 Review - The Dreamers

Yea! My Ipsy Glambag is here for the month of April, and I am really excited to see all the goodies in store for me. Ipsy is a monthly subscription box that offers at least five full size and sample size beauty products delivered right to your door for only $10 a month. It also comes in a new makeup bag that goes along with the monthly theme. Also, these items are curated to your profile, so each item will be perfect for you. These bags often have a great value, too, so it's all a win win.

This month's theme is Dreamers. It is all about dreaming up different looks to all natural and understated to high fashion and ultra-glam. I actually like this theme, because it makes sense. Also, I don't think I would ever create a high fashion or ultra glam look, but I will be happy to create some natural looks. I am not a huge fan of the bag though, nor do I think it goes that well with the theme. It is a little bohemian and colorful, which really isn't my thing, but I will use this for travel and for organizing just like I do with all my other bags. They also make great gift if you fill them up with some products, even some that you don't love from other Ipsy bags.

tarte cosmetics LipSurgence lip creme in wonder

$24.00 - 0.1 oz    ($13.44 Value)

I know that tarte is quite a popular brand and loved by many, but I've never felt that way. I do like creme lip colors, though, and this red is the perfect color for any day you want to look classic or make a statement. It has a touch of pink in the color, too, so it looks more natural than your typical red. This crayon goes on pretty smoothly, but it is always hard to get a perfect application with these applicators. Also, it left my lips fully moisturized the entire time I was wearing it, which is really important to me. Overall, this is a great sample, and I am happy to throw this color in with my makeup stash.

Adesse New York Organic Infused Gel Effect Nail Lacquer in Irina

$18.00 - 0.37 oz    (Full Size!)

I guess I have been wearing nail polish more often lately, so I can no longer get upset when I receive them. This color is almost lavender, but with a tougher and bluer hue. Also, it is a gel effect nail lacquer, which promises to make your nail polish last much longer and not chip. The main reason I don't wear nail polish that often is because it chips so quickly, and my nails look instantly trashy. I would wear this over and over if it lasted so long. I really like this color, and it is totally my style. I am really happy with this full size polish, and it is a perfect color for spring.

Luxie Beauty Dreamcatcher Tapered Highlighter Brush 522

$24.00

This brush is the perfect size and volume to hit all those low spots with highlighter. In the past, I would normally use the same brush I just applied bronzer and brush or my fingers, but now that I have this, it will definitely be put to use. These bristles are so soft, and not too tightly packed, so this would create a really nice, natural look for soft application. One thing I really like about Ipsy is that we often get beauty tools included in the boxes, and they are usually brushes I don't even have. I am really happy with this brush, and I can't wait to try it out. Ipsy is definitely killing it this month.

Starlooks Cream Eye Shadow in Rose Gold

$12.00 - 0.056 oz    (Full Size)

I've received items from this line before, and I've always thought the products were alright. I don't feel the same way about this eye shadow, though. This shimmer is the perfect amount of color for a soft glam look to dress up your eyes without going too big. Since it is bronze, it also makes my eyes pop and looks great with my skin. Also, when I wear this, I don't have to wear much else because it is a good coverall. I am really happy with this product, and I am so happy it is a full size product.

pur-lisse Beauty Blue Lotus + White Tea / Seaweed Sheet Masks

$36.00 - 6 sheets    ($12.00 Value)

Yes! More sheet masks! I have always been a face mask person, and when the sheet mask crave hit, I became just as obsessed over it as everyone else. Also, since they are a one use product, I am always happy to receive more and more from all my subscription boxes. These two different, but they are still both for moisture. That is kinda a bummer, since I can just apply face lotion to take care of any dryness. I do like how these make my face glow, though, and I can always see a different in my complexion after using these. I am going to put these away for now and break them out when I need them. I am really happy with these, and can't wait to try them out.

Overall, I am pretty impressed with this month's bag. I am not a fan of the makeup bag, but it really ends there. I love that nail polish, lip cream, and eye shadow. Also, that brush and those sheets makes will both get use pretty quickly. This month's box has a value of $79.44. That is insane for a box that only costs $10 a month. I can't believe the value, especially since I love so many of these products. After this month being so great, I am excited to see what next month has in store.
