Yea! My Bulu Box has arrived for the month of June, and while this isn’t the most exciting box to receive, it is fun to check out new samples that could better my health and lifestyle. Bulu Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers at least five samples and sometimes full size items of supplements, healthy snacks, and fitness products to your door for only $10 each. I used a coupon to receive half off each box for life, so I only pay $5, which makes the box much more desirable and affordable, since the value sometimes doesn’t reach the normal cost. They’ve sent me some products that I can no longer live without, so I hope there will be some more goodies in this month’s box.
$12.99 - 12 4oz pack ($0.16 Value)
I am completely into low calorie snacks, and this definitely fits the mold. Sometimes I crave something that isn’t too healthy for me, like chips, but this popcorn is not only low calorie, but it is naturally sweetened with sea salt, and doesn’t contain your normal artificial ingredients. It tastes great too. Unfortunately, the design is for children, and since I don’t have any, I am not opted to purchase this product. It would be nice if it had adult packaging, but at least it was yummy. This was a hit for me, but I am not interested in purchasing the full size product. I’d rather go for something that targets me instead.
$43.08 - 12 bars ($3.59 Value)
Unfortunately, this is not a low calorie snack, but instead a meal replacement or a between meal heavier snack. I like that it is paleo, so there isn’t anything processed in here, and I was hoping it would be like my much beloved Cliff bar. It does have that all natural, no gluten look and feel, but this was not very yummy. I actually couldn’t finish it. Since it is super healthy and all natural, it doesn’t have very much sweet flavor and tasted a lot like grain, even as a paleo food. I was really excited about this product, but it just isn’t for me.
XyliChew Gum in Black Licorice
$12.99 - 60 count ($2.60 Value)
This is a item that has already been sent to me in a different flavor, and I absolutely loved the natural gum, but this is a flavor that I don't really like. Knowing from the last pack, this gum had great flavor and didn’t fall apart like most natural gum. I also like that it is mostly healthy for you, so you don’t even feel bad sticking a piece of gum in your mouth. I would concider this a full size product, too, even though it would only cost a few bucks to pick it up from the store. I really enjoyed the first flavor they sent me, but since I despise black licorice, this will be handed off to a friend.
$19.99 - 120 count ($2.00 Value)
I can not believe this sample was in my Bulu Box. I see this product all the time at gas stations for truckers, but I always figured it was an unhealthy product, and something you really shouldn't consume.
GermBloc Hand Sanitizer Lotion
$9.99 - 12 oz ($0.62 Value)
This is listed as a bonus sample, which makes me really happy, since I love bonuses. But, on the other hand, this is a product that I've actually already tried in the past, so it is nothing new. The small size and spray form makes it perfect for traveling or even camping. I like to throw these in my purse, since I always have that with me, and I can use it whenever a need arises. I do have to say, the scent isn’t my favorite, and when I accidently tasted it, it was pretty gross, but everything else is a win. What a fun little bonus.
$29.99 - 3 sets ($10.00 Value)
This beauty product is the best surprise in this normal health and wellness box. I love using under eye gels to calm any puffiness or rid them of darkness, so these will definitely get used. Also, you can reuse them up to five times, which is a little crazy to me. Usually, they are a one time use and you just throw them away. These multi use under eye gels will instead get a lot of use, and I will be able to notice a difference, unlike those one time use samples. This is a really exciting product for me, and I wouldn’t mind seeing more of these type of beauty samples in the boxes to come.
