Bulu Box Weight Loss December 2015 Review

My Bulu Box has arrived, and it couldn't be better timing. I, like everyone else, am planning on getting fitter and healthier for the New Year, and the products inside will get me onto the right path. Bulu Box is a monthly subscription box for $10 that offers health and fitness samples that will help you from the inside out. Also, since after using a coupon, I get every single box for only $5, so it is a really cheap and easy way to find different ways to make a better you.

Each box comes with a card that details each item. It tells you what the product does along with the cost if you'd like to purchase the item. My favorite part of the card is the space below each item that lets your write down how you felt before and after each item. You receive a dollar in the shop for every review, so when I save enough of them up, I like to look back at what I've received in the past and what worked really well to what didn't work at all. Looking back at the cards really help.

Erba Vita Acid Chewable Tablets

$22.49 - 30 tablets    ($3.00 Value)

These chewable dietary supplement tablets balances the PH of your stomach, so it is easier to digest food. I haven't noticed this to be a problem for me, but I know that I could have problems without feeling there to be anything wrong. I didn't feel a difference after taking these, but I am sure they are working. This was an interesting sample, but since I don't know if I even need help curing this problem, I won't be purchasing the full size product.

ERZO Vitamin Biscuit in Strawberry Greek Yogurt

$10.99 - 15 biscuits    ($2.20 Value)

These aren't exactly the best tasting biscuits, and I am not exactly having a child, but these did cut down on some cravings. Also, I like that they include vitamins, which is nice for someone that doesn't normally get their recommended nutrients and doesn't like swallowing a pill. For me, I'd rather just take vitamins the normal way. These were good, but not great. I am happy to have tried it, but this is just not the best item for me.

Fru-Licious Fruit & Vegi Bites in Mango Carrot

$15.96 - 24 pouches    ($1.33 Value)

I think it is a little funny that Bulu Box is sending me fruit gummies, but to be honest, I still like to eat them from time to time. While I wish this was something that contains vitamins, because I really like vitamin gummies, instead these are just a snack made with 99% real fruits and vegetables. These were pretty good, and I could totally see myself purchasing these and throwing them in my purse for a late afternoon snack or when I go to the movies. I wish these were a little cheaper, though, because I really wouldn't want to spend that much on a snack that isn't my favorite.

Westrock Coffee in Meza Morning Blend

$10.00 - 12 cups   ($0.83 Value)

This was really good coffee, and I really like the message that this product sends out to their customers. I really prefer to not use k-cups, because they are terrible for the environment (I use a reusable cup), but I guess this one sample won't really change the world. Besides having a bag instead of this cup, I really wish there were more to sample, because I liked it so much, but since it is reasonably priced, I would be willing to purchase the full size bag. I've just got to save up my points.

Scimera E2 Essential Energy

$13.95 - 10 licaps    ($2.79 Value)

My biggest problem that stops me from working out at night, is that I am exhausted from a full day of work. These energy supplements have a dose of energy from caffeine, green tea, and vitamin B, that helps give you energy when you need it the most. These tablets worked really well, and did the trick to get me through my evening workout. The only problem, it was a little difficult to get to sleep that night from the caffeine. I wish this was also a larger sample, because it did work, but next time I will take these a little earlier in the day.

SmashPack Protein in Orange Peach

$19.49 - 6) 5 oz packs    ($3.25 Value)

I really don't care much for these protein packs because they aren't always the best tasting, and I don't really care for the extra calories, but this would be a good meal replacement. I actually really liked the flavor of this, and I could feel the natural energy of protein go to work. I am also going to go vegetarian for the new year, so this could be a great buy to fill my protein deficiency. I would be interested in trying out their different flavors. Maybe I will spend my points on more packs.

Shapeology Burn Blend

$32.99 - 60 capsules    ($2.20 Value)

This is the perfect supplement for anyone trying to lose weight for their New Year's resolution. This product helps your metabolism work at it's peak performance, and also gives you natural energy to burn even more calories. I could feel this working almost instantly, and while I don't know if it helped with weight loss, I could use that energy to work even harder during my workout. I really like this product, and the Shapeology line always impresses me. This is also an extra sample in this month's box, which is really nice, because it is my favorite sample in this month's box. I'll take more extras like this any time of year.

$17.99 - 60 capsules    ($0.60 Value)

This is another extra sample in this month's box, and while I have already received and sampled this item, I liked it a lot, and am excited to have more to use. This supplement turns fat into usable energy, suppresses appetite, and also boosts metabolism. That is really all you need to maintain weightloss. I really like his supplement, and I can feel the natural energy go to work. This is probably my second favorite sample from this month's box, and I wish they send more of a sample to really be able to see a change.

This month's box was mainly a hit for me. I really enjoyed the coffee, energy supplements, protein pack, and shapeology samples. It kinda stinks that my favorite two samples were considered extras, but at least they were included. This month's box has a value of $16.20. That is really good for this box. I only spent $5 on this box and I get $7.50 from points to spend in the shop, so this value is much more than the cost. I really liked this box, and I am excited to see what else Bulu Box has in store for me in 2016.
