Sephora Play! October 2017 Review - Complexion Companions

Yea! My Sephora Play! subscription box has arrived for the month of October, and since this is my favorite month of the year and one of my favorite subscription boxes, I can’t wait to see what is inside. Sephora Play! is a monthly beauty subscription box that delivers six sample size products ranging from hair, makeup, skincare, nails, and one of the items is always a perfume. Everything comes packed up in a drawstring bag designed for the theme for only $10. The boxes normally have a value over $40, so not only are you going to receive products to sample, but you’ll also get a great value. I love the brands and products delivered in this box, and that you can purchase everything you love at Sephora, which makes this one of my favorite boxes of all time.

This month’s theme is “Complexion Companions.” This month’s products are all about starting your day with great skin and leaving your house with perfect complexion, with or without the help of makeup. This month’s theme was made for me. My best asset is my complexion, so I am always making sure I treat my skin with the best products. Also, I’ve been on the search for the best foundation. I hope this box delivers a great moisturizer for day or night and possibly a concealer or foundation that not only matches my complexion perfectly, but also blends well too. Let’s check everything out.

Urban Decay Quick Fix Hydracharged Prep Priming Spray

$32.00 - 4 oz    ($4.00 Value)

I never knew how much I needed a product like this until I received it in this subscription box, and I am in love! This priming spray helps visibly reduce pores, brightens skin, smooths, and hydrates. This is a great way to wake up your skin when it appears a bit too tired in the morning under your makeup, but it is light enough to use throughout the day, and it won’t messy up the makeup that has already been set. They suggest using this at night before your serum or moisturizer. This fine mist is working wonders on my skin, and I love how it smells too. This is a great product, and I am so happy I am able to try it in this box. Also, what a great way to start a complexion box.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation in Y245

$43.00 - 1.01 oz    ($6.81 Value)

I have been hoping to find a great foundation from one of my subscription boxes, especially one that actually works with my complexion, and this one is amazing. While I didn’t know this before, this foundation is a fan favorite, because it leaves perfect coverage that lasts. I have a hard time finding a foundation that doesn’t leave a thick layer on my face, but also looks natural and matches my skin tone. This checks all of the above. I’ve been mixing this with my day moisturizer for the most natural and complete coverage. My skin has never looked better, and with this foundation, I feel like I instantly look 5 years younger. I am in love with this product, but I am definitely going to try to make this last, because the full size product is just a little too expensive for me. Maybe, just maybe, I will splurge on the full size product.

BareMinerals Mineral Veil

$23.00 - 0.3 oz    ($2.30 Value)

This weightless setting powder is like nothing else you’ve ever tried. It is made with sheer minerals that help blur and minimize fine lines and pores which leaves skin soft to the touch and appearance. It does all this while soaking up oil and setting your makeup. I really like how light this powder is. It does so much without feeling like you have even added an extra layer. It also makes my face feel soft like satin, and this makes my skin look great without makeup underneath. It is such a quick way to make a major improvement. This is a great product, and again, I am so happy to receive this sample. The jar is small, but it should be enough to last quite a few weeks. You really don’t need much each day.

Sunday Riley C.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum

$85.00 - 1 oz    ($14.45 Value)

Ohhh! I am always excited to receive a Sunday Riley product. Everyone speaks rave reviews, but I really can’t afford their prices, so these samples are the best way to try them out. This serum is fast absorbing and will help fight the look of dullness, dark spots, and discoloration. It will help brighten as well giving your skin radiance and luminosity. I usually wear serums at night, but I quickly discovered this is best for the day, as it acts more like an illuminator than a reparative serum. I don’t have any for daytime use, so this is new and fun. Also, I notice that it helps hide my pink skin, so I can wear less makeup. Also, it didn’t flake off or crumble with added layers of moisturizer or foundation. This is a nice product, but I don’t think I like it enough to pay that price.

Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion Pore Perfecting Scrub

$58.00 - 2 oz    ($7.25 Value)

I am very familiar with this scrub, as I’ve received many samples and full size bottles in the past, so this isn’t a new discovery for me, but it is something I am excited to have more in my possession. This scrub by Dr. Brandt is another fan favorite, because it cleans deep into your pores like nothing else, and it leaves your skin renewed and refreshed. The scrubbing beads are a little rough, so you can keep this to your T-Zone if you have sensitive skin, but I like to use this all over. This tube isn’t small either, and I will be able to get quite a few uses out of it. That is great, because I don’t ever want to pay full price.

Gucci Bloom Eau de Parfum

$72.00 - 1 oz    ($3.60 Value)

While I know many subscribers aren’t fans of the perfume sample, I love them! I really enjoy trying out different scents, which is hard to do in the store, and I love switching them up by my mood, the weather, or the event. These samples allow me to switch up my scent every single day if I wished. This floral scent is made with notes of Rangoon Creeper, Jasmine Bud, and Tuberose. It is really sweet, yet light, so it doesn’t overpower. I am not usually into florals (woodsy and citrus are my go tos), but this one isn’t too bad. I will say, it isn’t on trend with the season, and I would have enjoyed a spicier or darker scent for October, but I can easily put this aside for spring. I can see myself wearing this to break those winter blues or to the many bridal and baby showers coming up in the next year.

Overall, this box was amazing. I’ve never been so happy with so many of the samples, and I really loved everything. Really, only the perfume was a little off base. That priming spray is so amazing, and I have been using it every single day since I’ve received it. The foundation is possibly my second favorite item from this box. I love how it looks flawless on my skin. The mineral veil and serum are both great as well, but I don’t think I will be tempted to repurchase either of those products. I am really happy to receive another scrub too. The perfume is nice too, but I won’t be wearing it until Spring. This month’s box has a value of $38.41. That is pretty good, but not amazing for Sephora. I will take it, though, because this is my favorite box of all time.

BarkBox October 2017 Review - Household Horrors

Yea! My dog’s BarkBox has arrived for the month of October, and we are well into fall and this spooky holiday, so I am really excited for this month’s box. BarkBox is a monthly subscription box that delivers toys and treats to your dog of any size around a theme for $29. Longer subscriptions come with lower prices, too, and I only spend $21 every month. I am always impressed with this subscription’s treats and toys, because they are healthy and durable, and everything is so cute. My dog gets excited when this box arrives too, even though I don’t know how he knows, so we are both excited to check out everything inside.

This month’s theme is “Household Horror.” I love this theme so much. It works perfectly with Halloween without it being specific to the holiday. My dog is so afraid of things that are everyday life, and I love that BarkBox makes them fun and enjoyable. Rather it be the vacuum or the doorbell, these scary items are turned into fun toys. My dog specifically gets excited about the blow-dryer and the mailman, so I would love these in toy form. Also, he is getting a little low on treats, so I hope this box delivers a good variety. We will see!

Bark & Co Spooky Snacks

$8.00 - 5 oz

These spooky snacks are the perfect grain treat for every use, and since only the packaging is themes for Halloween, these treats are great for anytime of the year. My dog prefers these grain treats over many others, and their size make them ideal for behaving, tricks, or as a reward for going potty outside. This bag is pretty large too, so these treats will last a month or two, depending on how good of a dog he is. I am really happy with this item, and this box is off to a great start.

Bark & Co Zoe the Zombie Squirrel

$12.00

My dog is obsessed with squirrels, both the real kind and his toy kind, so this zombie squirrel will be welcomed with open arms. I love how this squirrel is ready for Halloween, but he will definitely enjoy it all year long. Plus, what is more fun than an undead rodent. This toy does have a squeak, so it is great for chewing and shaking, but it is also great for some indoor fetch. We did receive a space squirrel just a month ago, so it would’ve been nice if BarkBox mixed it up a bit, but my dog doesn’t know the difference, and he is what it is all about. So, I count this as a win.

Bark & Co Simply Ghoulicious

$8.00 - 5 oz

Pumpkin flavor is everywhere this season, so much it has become a joke, but why not let my dog in on the fun. These treats made with real pumpkin are not only tasty, but they are healthy as well, and will give your dog some nutrients that are usually hard to find. Also, the shape of these treats are great. As a whole, they are a larger treat with three circles in a triangle. But, if you ever need to give your pup a quicker treat, these easily break off into three smaller bites. I love having these with me for every occasion, and he will get that taste of pumpkin too while I’m sipping on my pumpkin spice latte.

Bark & Co Rest in Pieces Tombstone

$12.00

OMG! I am in love with this toy! When you have a zombie squirrel, there of course needs to be a grave. This flat turf comes with a few squeakers, so there is something to chew and dig out, and the gravestone is a heavy plastic perfect for digging in with teeth. I think this toy is perfect for tugging, but my dog also loves when I throw it across the room to fetch. Personally, I just love how cute it is, and it gives me a good laugh every time my dog brings it to me to play. Zombie Squirrel may be his favorite toy from this month’s box, but this is a close second.

Sawmill Creek Smokehouse Pig Ear Chew

$3.00

BarkBox does a great job at delivering a wide variety of toys and treats, and with that, they always deliver a single bone or jerky treat to wrap it all up. While these don’t necessarily go with the theme, my dog and I both enjoy them, because they are items that will take him a while to devour, but I never want to buy them because they are so expensive. This way, he gets the bone or jerky strip, and I get to save money. This pig’s ear is perfectly sized for him, so it isn’t overwhelming, but it will still take him an hour or two to much down. These are great for movie nights or when I have guests over.

Overall, this is a pretty great box. I am loving the variety of treat, especially the pumpkin flavored circles, and both of the toys are so cute. Even the pig’s ear is a great hit. My dog is a fan of everything as well, so I really can’t complain. They did a great job at incorporating Halloween with items that can be used all season long. This month’s box has a value of $43. That is pretty great for a box that only cost me $21, but I don’t think I’d be happy with that value if I paid full price. Next month is Thanksgiving, and I am hoping for some yummy treats. I can’t wait to check them out.

If you would like to try BarkBox for yourself, just click here. It is a great way to treat your dog at a great price.

BoxyCharm October 2017 Review - Spellbound

Yea! My BoxyCharm has arrived for the month of October, and they tend to hit it out of the park this month, and I love fall, so I cannot wait to see what is in store. BoxyCharm is a monthly subscription box that delivers at least four (but usually five) full size beauty products ranging from makeup, palettes, hair care, skin care, beauty tools, perfume, and nails. This box costs $21 a month, and the value is always above $100, so you will always get your monies worth. Also, the products and brands they deliver are always higher end, and I end up incorporating many of them into my daily routine. It is time to check out everything inside.

BoxyCharm has a monthly theme that helps curate their products. Out of mostly all of the subscription boxes, I think BoxyCharm does the best job in creating themes that are creative, but also at tying the products with the theme. This month’s theme is “Spellbound.” I like this theme, because it ties in Halloween and a makeup so well. I am hoping for some candy red makeup or some great new black mascara. I really wouldn’t mind some warm fall tones as well. These boxes seem small, but they are packed full, and I have a feeling this one is going to be great.

Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion

$58.00 - 2 oz

This isn’t my first introduction to Dr. Brandt’s PoreDermabrasion, and I am really happy to see the full size bottle of this product in this month’s box. Dr. Brandt is created by a dermatologist, so it is not only good for your skin, but it will give you a professional facial right at home. This gritty face scrub contains tiny beads that help clean out the deepest pores. I will say, this product may be a little uncomfortable to use, but it delivers great results. This isn’t my favorite of Dr. Brandt’s products, but I will be happy to use this up. Also, I could never pay this much for the full size bottle, so I am really happy to see it included in this subscription. My little samples from other subscriptions can’t even compare.

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Prosecco Pop

$38.00 - 0.28 oz

Ohh! I love highlighters, but I’ve been receiving them in liquid or gel form recently, so this giant powder compact is a great surprise. Not only does this highlighter from Becca give your face that soft glow, but this product will also help repair your skin. Also, not all highlighters I receive in subscription boxes match my skin, but this one works perfectly. The formula is amazing as well, and it goes on my skin like silk. I am in love with this product, and since it is such a large compact it will take me forever to use up, and I won’t ever have to pay the full price. That makes me pretty darn happy. This works well with the theme too. Nothing like a bit of shimmer to grab attention.

Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint in Front Row

$20.00 - 0.2 fl oz

I was hoping for a candy red lip, but this is a color I will be able to wear much more often than a couple times a year. I am still a fan of matte lip stick, but almost all liquid formulas dry out my lips. This does a great job at keeping my lips mostly hydrated while staying in place. I will say, it does dry really as well. Now onto this color. It is so pretty and perfect for fall. I can see myself dressing this up with a black dress or going causal with a chunky sweater. I am already a huge fan of Tarte and their lip products, but this may be the best I’ve ever tried. I’m a fan, and I would love to try out this product in different colors.

ncLA Nailed it. Tool Kit

$18.00

I love that BoxyCharm includes makeup tools in their boxes, and I’ve received so many brushes and sponges in the past. This is the first nail tool kit we’ve ever received, which is awesome, but I do already have this item from a different subscription box. Despite already owning this, I think this is a great addition to this box. It includes everything you may need to fix a broken nail on the go or to give yourself a manicure. Plus, this zip up bag and elastic holders keep everything in place, even for the busiest girl. It is quite small too, so it won’t take up too much room in your purse. While I do already have this product, I may keep one at work or in my car. That way, I will never be without the products I need to keep my nails looking great.

Jonteblu Lip Liner Pencil in Brown Sugar

$5.00 - 0.04 oz

BoxyCharm usually delivers higher end products with higher end price tags, so this $5 lip liner is a little out of the norm. While I do enjoy receiving expensive items I wouldn’t purchase on my own at a highly discounted price, it is nice to try out products that I would repurchase as well. Unfortunately, I don’t often wear lip liner, and I also often don’t wear any brown colors that would work well with this product. The formula is quite nice, though. It goes on smoothly and easily, and it does a great job of keeping my lipstick in place. This is the first time I’ve tried this brand, let alone heard of it, and I would be interested in checking out what other products they have in store. Especially for this price.

Overall, this month’s box is pretty good, but it isn’t the October box I was hoping for. I am in love with the highlighter, and the full size bottle of Dr. Brandt is amazing. The Tarte lipstick is a great color for fall too, and I will be wearing it a lot these next couple of weeks. The nail tool kit is great as well, but I already own this exact product. That takes a bit of the fun away. The lip liner is a complete miss, but at least it is the cheapest item in the lot, and I did enjoy trying out a completely different brand. This month’s box has a value of $139. I only paid $21 for everything, so that is an amazing deal. The November and December boxes are coming up, and since I love the holidays, I am so excited to see what those boxes have in store.

If you would like to try BoxyCharm for yourself, just click here. It is one of the best subscription boxes on the market, and any makeup lover will really enjoy it.

Popsugar Must Have Limited Edition Fall 2017 Review

Yea! My Popsugar Must Have Limited Edition has arrived for the fall season, and I am so excited, because this is one of my favorite boxes to receive each year. These limited edition boxes deliver higher end products, and fall is my absolute favorite season, so these boxes tend to carry a collection of products perfect for me. Popsugar Must Have Limited Edition boxes aren’t a subscription, because you have to purchase each of them separately, but like their subscription boxes, they deliver full size lifestyle items specially curated around the season. These cost $100, which is a little pricey, but they always value over $400, and the items inside are more luxe. I loved last year’s box, so I hope this one matches or succeeds it!

These boxes don’t have a theme, but instead they deliver items curated around the season. Since it is Fall, I am expecting some warmer items to beat that weather transition as the temperature cools. I am also thinking there may be some renewal items as well, since September and Fall are usually a restart after the Summer to become more organized and represent a new you. I would love a great face mask or face moisturizer. A shall or warm scarf will also be exciting. Let’s dig in and see.

Hat Attack Lightweight Layer Black Poncho

$88.00

I was thinking there might be a shall in this season’s box, so this poncho is not only welcomed, but this will keep me warm through all these cool months. This poncho is black, so it will go with any outfit, and you can easily throw this over whatever your wearing when you are feeling a little chilly or you have to head outside. I love the trendy knit and fringe, which gives it a put-together look and doesn’t appear slouchy or unprofessional. Also, this is heavier than I expected, so it will keep you warm, and the fabric is so soft. I will be taking this to work with me when they decide to freeze us out, but this will also be great for lounging in a comfy chair with a book. What a great start to this box.

(Malin+Goetz) Recovery Treatment Oil

$82.00 - 1 fl oz

Oh, la la. I was hoping for a moisturizing item, and this face oil does so much more than just replenish skin. As of late, we found out that oils are great for our face, and they actually curve extra production from our skin. This oil also provides instant hydration, improves elasticity, softens the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and softens skin. It is really a miracle, do-all product. I love using oils instead of night creams to repair while I sleep, but this oil is very light, so you could apply it under makeup as well. I am really excited about this beauty item, and this will give my skin that glowing summer skin all through these winter months. Plus, this full size bottle will last FOREVER!

Smith & Cult Book of Eyes in Ice Tears

$44.00 - 0.08 oz

Wow! Another luxe beauty item, and this time a chilly palette by a “cult” favorite. First, I want to talk about this packaging. I love the destructed look of this metal packaging, and the off center placement of the shadows takes it from average to amazing. Now, onto these colors. These icy blues are gorgeous with two shimmer and two matte shades perfect to wear one at a time for a simple/bold look, or all together for a blue smokey eye. I tend to wear much more warm, brown tones during the fall, but this palette will help me step out that basic look to a winter inspired chill. Plus, that means this palette can be worn late into Winter. So wonderful.

Dannijo Dagny Necklace

$195.00

This is the first item I am not too thrilled about, but in all reality, it is so pretty, and I will be wearing this necklace all throughout these fall weddings, fancy family dinners, and holiday parties. This silver statement necklace is complete with some rock and roll balls and your girly jewels, so it will work with a wide range of styles. It is also heavy and well made, so I know it won’t break halfway through dinner. I love that you can wear this with a nice sweater or your little black dress, and you could really dress up any outfit with just this touch. I think statement jewelry is on the outs, but this piece will still last through the winter.

Foreo Luna Play T-Sonic Facial Clensing Device and Day & Night Cleansers

$39.00 / $29.95 - 100 ml / $35.95 - 3.3 fl oz    ($48.94 Total Value)

It’s like Popsugar knows me! Since I’ve seen these electric, rubber cleansers out on shelves, I’ve been wanting one of my own, and I am really excited to finally own my very own. This electric cleansing vibrator gently deep cleans your face without collecting bacteria, like your typical brush cleansers. It also helps exfoliate your face and rid your completion of dead skin, leaving a fresh face. They also included their day and night cleansers, which are apparently sold out everywhere, and I am looking forward to tryout out this cleansing device with the preferred products. I am so happy with all three of these beauty items, and this especially will help me start fresh this Fall.

Sisters of Los Angeles Smokey Tumblers in Sweet & Sour

$28.00

We’ve received a few items from this brand throughout the years, and this is my all-time favorite. These heavy and durable tumblers have a smoky effect, which gives them a mid-century modern effect (just my style), and modern calligraphy that reads “Sweet” and “Sour.” I tend to drink the sour drinks, while my boyfriend prefers sweet, so these are perfect for us. I also love how they look on display in our bar cart. To be honest, they have quite a few cute tumblers for sale on their website, and I really want them all. I may have to pick some up for gifts as well. This is such a great way to round out the box!

Overall, I am so happy with this month’s box. I love that poncho, and it will keep me warm from October to March. That necklace isn’t exactly what I would pick out for myself, but I will still get quite a bit of use out of it with the all the celebrations coming up. That face oil is amazing, and I will be using every last drop, while the face cleanser tool with samples are a great way to get my face ready for pampering. One of my favorite items are the glass tumblers, and I will be using that eyeshadow palette until spring. This season’s box has a value of $485.94. That is pretty incredible and almost 5 times the amount I paid. The Winter/Holiday box is always great as well, so I can’t wait to see what they have in store for me next.

If you would like to try this box out for yourself, just click here. They do sell out, so order now.

Ipsy Gam Bag October 2017 Review - Spellbound

Yea! My Ipsy Glam Bag has arrived for the month of October, and since this is my favorite month of the year, I can not wait to see what items are in store for me. Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription box that delivers at least five full and sample size products in a themed makeup bag. The items range from makeup, hair, nails, skin care, and tools, so you’ll always get a wide range, and the products are a collection of both new and favored brands. You get all this for only $10, and the value is usually greater than $40. My favorite part is checking out everything inside, so here we go.

This month’s theme is “Spellbound.” Ipsy doesn’t do the best job at tying their products into the theme, but the makeup bag is always created to match the theme perfectly. I like this theme quite a bit, because it fits in well with this spooky month, but it could describe a look as well. With this theme, I am hoping for a some cool dark makeup colors, preferably some candy red lipstick, or maybe an attracting perfume. This makeup bag is really fun. I love the red lace, and the bat zipper pull is the perfect addition to give it a true Halloween feel. I will be using this for my makeup all month long.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion

$20.00 - 0.04 oz    ($15.00 Value)

My one major complaint about subscription boxes in general is with the amount of black eyeliner I receive. It is a whole lot more than I need. I rarely wear eyeliner, and I receive at least one per month, which means I own more than I will ever need. Besides that, this eyeliner is wonderful. When I do wear eyeliner, I do prefer the crayon formula, because my hands aren’t steady enough for the liquid forms. This eyeliner is a fan favorite for a reason, too. It is easy to apply, it doesn’t tug at your lid, and it also stays put once it dries. This deluxe sample is 3/4’s the size of the full, so you are really getting a great value and an amount of product that will take a while to use. Those are all great, if only I would be able to enjoy them myself.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration

$30.00 - 6 oz    ($5.00 Value)

First Aid Beauty is one of my favorite brands for skin care, so I am really happy to see this deluxe sized tube in my bag. This all-over moisturizer provides instant relief and long-term hydration for dry, distressed skin and eczema. I first thought this was a face cream, but I just didn’t feel right after applying, and I quickly realized it is for your entire body. It does say “head to toe,” but I don’t think I will use this on my face again. The fall weather does create dry skin, so I used this on my rough elbows and heels, and it worked wonders. I love how it dried quickly without leaving any grease or residue, and my skin was healed overnight. This is a great size to throw in my purse for those dry moments on the run, because I wouldn’t want to use it all up in one use on my whole body. This way I can make it last.

Marc Anthony Hydrating Coconut Oil & Shea Butter Oil Treatment

$7.99 - 1.69 fl oz    ($3.31 Value)

While I do love applying oil on my face at night to help hydrate and repair, oil is just too much for my hair. My hair is already pretty thin and lacks volume, so any added product, especially oil will just weigh it down even more. That being said, I like that the Marc Anthony line added a product like this. Their brand is the best at repairing dry and frizzy hair to smooth and sleek perfection, so I can only imagine this oil would do the same. They recommend using this to tame fly aways or to add shine to your ends on second day hair. I might use this oil to create a nice slick ponytail, but otherwise it just isn’t the product for me. It will be hard to not use, because it smells amazing too.

Hey Honey Trick And Treat: Active Propolis Cream Concealer

$36.00 - 0.5 fl oz    ($19.44 Value)

I’ve sampled a few items from Hey Honey’s skincare line, but I haven’t tried any of their makeup products before. Since this product has a Halloween theme, I assumed it would be a dark lipstick or cream eyeshadow, but instead it is a hardworking concealer. While staying lightweight, this concealer masks the darkest under eye circles or the most red blemish. Also, while it is covering your blemishes, the active propolis helps restore your skin’s structure and adds production. Normally, any foundation or concealer samples I tend to receive from subscription boxes don’t match my skin, but this matches perfectly. It is a little lighter than my skin tone, but I want that for anything going under my eyes. This is a tiny sample, but since you don’t need to use much at a time, it will last me forever.

it Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder

$29.00 - 0.31 oz    ($7.25 Value)

I have tried these yellow tinted powder primers in the past, and they work brilliantly on my skin. The yellow tones down the pink tint to my skin, and the powder helps hide pores and fine lines. I like that it is light and airy and leave my skin soft to the touch. This powder is also enriched with silk, collagen, and antioxidant=rich ingredients, so it will help your skin look amazing even after you remove the product at night. This isn’t a huge sample, but the tin can be removed from the plastic packaging and popped into your magnetic palette for easier access. Also, since it is a powder, it will last long enough. It is a little pricey, but I still may purchase the full size product. It is just that good.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this month’s bag. It started out with a miss, but just because I don’t wear a whole lot of black eyeliner, and the hair oil was a bit of a miss as well. It ended up on a high note, though, because I am obsessed with the pore perfecting powder, and the body moisturizer and concealer are both items I love and will definitely use. This month’s bag has a value of $50. That is absolutely crazy for a box that costs $10, and it is one of the best subscription boxes for price to value. Ipsy doesn’t always get it right, so three out of five products is great, but I am hoping for a home run for November. I can’t wait!

If you would like to try Ipsy Glam Bag for yourself, just click here. It is a great gift to yourself to stock up on makeup or to try different brands and products at a great price.
