Pet Gift Box January 2016 Review - Tail-Gate Party

My, well, my dog's, Pet Gift Box has arrived for January. Pet Gift Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers at least five full size items for your pet for the small price of $18.99. I've subscribed to a few other pet boxes in the past, but I've always liked this one the best. It is not only affordable, but it also delivers a wide variety of items. Other boxes will just give treats and toys, but this one always sends a few extras along with those items. I really enjoy this box, and my dog does too.

Another thing I really like about this box are the themes. They always work perfectly with the month, and the items inside are curated with the theme in mind. This month's theme is Tail-Gate Party. The NFL playoffs are a big part of this month, and the big one is coming so soon. For the Superbowl, we always like to watch, eat a bunch of food, and drink some beers, but our dog is never included. I hope these items inside will allow us all to get in the spirit for the Superbowl, but also allow our fur baby to join in on the festivities.

$7.99 - 4 oz

These treats are so cute, and they go perfectly with the theme. The treats have grill marks on them and appear like they are patties right off the grill. I really like the size of these treats, because they aren't too big or small. These would be the perfect treat to give him after taking him outside or for being a good listener. I tend to always receive small treats, but since he is an older dog, and he has already learned all of his tricks, we don't tend to use those as often. He really likes these treats, and eats them up instantly. I think these are really cute, and I am glad they are a part of this box.

Brew Buddies Malted Barley Dog Treats

$9.99 - 6 oz

These aren't just your regular small reward treat, but these are beer bottle shaped and are actual beer flavored. I think that is so great and unique. They are on the smaller side though, so he eats them in one small bite, and doesn't really get that large of a reward from them. I prefer treats on the larger side, but these were really fun. I wasn't sure how the flavor would go over, because everyone isn't interested in the flavor of beer, but he really enjoyed them. I am guessing they have some meat flavoring. These are really cute and a really good idea, but they aren't my favorite treat.

$6.99 - 12 fl oz

This is a definite way to include my dog in on our drinking festivities. The drinking concoction is placed in a beer bottle and has beer flavoring, but it also includes meaty flavors. My dog actually received one of these for Christmas from one of my relatives, and while it wasn't this flavor, it was really fun to give our dog a "beer" while everyone else was drinking. I will definitely use this one for the Superbowl to allow my dog to join in on the party. I really liked this special treat, and it is the perfect little extra for this month's box.

Howard Pet Products Vintage Flat Football Dog Toy

$6.99

What would a football themed box be without a football toy? This deflated antique ball looks just like I would expect, and it is the perfect toss toy for indoors. It is a little on the smaller side, but when throwing items indoors, I like to keep them small and soft. Also, since this is a "flat" ball, there isn't stuffing inside, and my dog won't want to tear it apart right away. He really likes this toy, and it has quickly become my favorite toss toy to play with him around the house. Also, what a cute toy to bring out for the Superbowl or any playoff game.

Remarkabowl Pet-Pro Footbowl

$12.49

This is a really cute bowl, but I don't really want this out all the time, and it is a little stupid to only have this out one time a year. I am a big fan of college football, though, so we could put this out for fall and leave it until the end of football season. I think this would be another great item to bring to tailgate. Everyone would love seeing this bowl, and it would be a big hit. This is a sturdy bowl, and the quality is really nice. It is also really affordable for anyone that would like to get one of their own. I like these kinds of items, because it separates this box from all the other pet subscription boxes, but I am not in love with this item. I think I will mostly just store it away until it is football season.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this month's box. It isn't my favorite they've ever curated, but I think the theme is perfect for the time of year, and the items all fit perfectly within the theme. The "beer" is my favorite item. It is really cute and clever. Those Grill-icious treats are my dog's favorite, and the toy is both cute and sturdy. The bowl isn't my favorite, because I am not sure I will get a lot use out of it. Those beer shaped treats are a little smaller than I like, so I probably won't go through those very quickly. This box has a value of $44.45. I spent less than $20 on this box, so that is more than double the value. I think this box is a great way to stock up on treats and toys for cheaper than purchasing them straight from the store. Also, it is a fun treat for both you and your dog.

If you would like to try Pet Gift Box for yourself, or your loved fur baby, just click here. It is a great and affordable way to stock up on treats for the cutie in your life.

Ipsy Glam Bag February 2016 Review - Pretty in #IPSYPINK

My Ipsy Glam Bag has arrived for the month of February, and this is one of my favorite month's to receive subscription boxes. Since February is such a girly month, I am happy to receive these types of items, but they are can also prepare me for the biggest date night of the year. Ipsy is a monthly subscription box that offers at least five sample size and full size items delivered to your door in a makeup bag for only $10 a month. It also tends to always a have a great value. I can't wait to see what Ipsy has in store for me this month.

This month's theme is Pretty in #IpsyPink. I really don't love that they use hashtags in the theme, because it is just to get their posts up. I like that the theme is about one of my favorite colors, pink, and I really hope their are a lot of pink items inside. I really do like the movie, and this theme is making me want to watch it once again. I don't really like this makeup bag, unfortunately. It is really cute, but just not my style. It is textured on one side and smooth on the other, which makes me think this one is higher quality. I will throw  this one in with the rest of hand it off to one of my friends.

Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in I'm Kind of a Big Deal

$15.00 - 0.57 fl oz    (Full Size!)

Out of all the nail polish brands in the whole world, Trust Fund is my absolute favorite. I really like the branding, the colors are great, and it is also high quality. When I saw the box, I was really excited to reveal the color, and I am pretty happy with this one. It is a ballerina pink with a touch of purple. I think this is a great color for the month of love, yet it isn't the same red or pink that you have a million bottles of. I really like this color for my fingers or toes, and adds a warm touch to my winter clothes. This is a great addition to this month's box, and it also goes perfectly with the theme. Let's not forget to mention that it is a full size item.

Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion

$58.00 - 2 oz    ($7.25 oz Value)

I am always thrilled receiving Dr. Brandt products in my subscription boxes, because they are high end, high value products that always work really well. This facial cleanser has tiny scrubbing granules that get deep into the pores and also rid your face of any dead skin that is dulling your complexion. I think this product did a really great job of cleaning my face and getting deep inside my pores. It is a little rough on my skin, so you should definitely follow the recommended use of only once every three days. This is a pretty good sized sample, and I will definitely get quite a few uses out of it before it's gone. This has absolutely nothing to do with the theme, but I am happy it was included in this month's bag.

Margaret Dabbs London Miniature Crystal Nail File

$12.00    (Full Size!)

I wouldn't normally be too excited about receiving a nail file in a subscription box, but this one is something absolutely new for me. It is made out of glass, so it leaves a smoother, softer finish without tearing your finger nails apart or damaging them. This is a miniature to their full size, but really, it is the perfect size for me. I can throw this in my purse or overnight bag without it taking up much space. I am also really impressed on how well this worked. I started with pretty jagged nails, and this left them perfectly rounded and super soft and smooth. I really like this addition, and I will be using it many times to come.

BellaPierre Cosmetics Mineral Blush in Desert Rose

$45.00 - 0.32 oz    ($28.13 Value)

I am either a huge fan or not in love with the Bellapierre products I've received in the past. When I don't particularly love them, though, it is normally because it is a product that I wouldn't really use or a color that doesn't go well with my skin or my style. This, fortunately, is a product that I absolutely love. The pinkish, mauve looks great and natural on my skin. The mineral powder rests well, and it blends perfectly, making sure it doesn't create the clown effect. This is a more expensive item, and I can completely understand why. Also, this product is almost the size of the full item, so it will last forever. What a great item to receive in this month's bag. It is perfectly pink and ready for February.

theBalm Cosmetics Mary-Lou Manizer

$24.00 - 0.3 oz    ($1.60 Value)

This month's bag is full of star brands. Dr. Brandt, Bellapierre, Trust Fund, and now, theBalm. I've seen this product popping up in so many people's subscription boxes, and I've always wanted to give it a try. This manizer acts as a highlighter, eye shadow, or powder for anywhere that you need shimmer. I really like this powder, and for me, it is the best highlighter. Most of the highlighters I own are creams, and they aren't as easy to use. Most of my other products are powders, so it just makes sense that my highlighter is the same way. I could also see myself using this as an eye shadow for those times that I want to keep my makeup light. This is a great sample, and I will use every little drop or speckle.

This is one of the best Ipsy bags I've ever received. I love every single product. That nail polish is perfect, the highlighter is that product I've been waiting for, the pore dermabrasion works really well, and the blush blends perfectly. Also, I really like that nail file. There isn't one item that I don't love. This is a first for my Ipsy bag. To top the cake, this has a value of $63.98, and that doesn't even include the value of the makeup bag. That is a really high value for a $10 bag. I guess I can say that the only thing I don't love is the makeup bag itself, but I will still be able to use it for travel.

If you would like to try Ipsy for yourself, just click here. It is a great way to treat a friend, relative, or even yourself.

BoxyCharm February 2016 Review - Rush to Relax

Yeah! My BoxyCharm has arrived for the month of February, and I can't wait to see what goodies this month has in store for me. BoxyCharm is a monthly subscription box that delivers at least four full size items for the price of $21. It tends to always have a value of over $100, which is absolutely crazy, and I don't understand how they do it. This is quickly becoming my favorite box to receive every month, because the products, value, and themes are always on point. I can't wait to see what this month is going to deliver. I hope it is full of romantic and lovely items.

The theme for list month's box is Rush to Relax. I can totally relate to this. Whether I am at work, running errands, or cleaning the house, I am always hoping it is over so I can just be home and do my own thing. I think it is important to spend sometime on yourself, and why not hurry up and get everything done so you can spend more time on things you enjoy. This card says from stilettos to slippers, so I hope these items will be products that I can use for a spa night in, or even items to speed up my makeup routine.

OFRA Cosmetics Pressed Banana Powder

$12.00 - 4 g    (Full Size!)

This product is pretty interesting to me. With a light banana scent, this powder can be used to cover under eye darkness, as an all over setting powder, or as a matte eye shadow. I don't think I will be using this as a eyeshadow, but I do love it as an under eye concealer and setting powder. It doesn't fully cover my dark circles, but it does mask them quite a bit. I really like this powder, and it does a great job of concealing my pinkish tones. Plus, I love bananas, so the scent is perfect. This product is held in a paper container, and it is used to throw in your magnetic palette, which is great if you have one, but unfortunately, I don't. So, this will just be hanging out in the paper packaging until it is gone. Otherwise, great product, and great addition to this month's box.

Shray Ms. Amazing Moisturizing Facial Mask

$12.00 - 1 mask    (Full Size!)

Sheet masks are everywhere lately, and I have been receiving them in my subscription boxes left and right. This one in particular is to help moisturize, but will help cure rugged and dull skin. To make it work best, apply this to clean skin and leave on for at least 10 minutes. Like all masks, you don't rinse off the product after taking off the mask, but instead rub it into your face and let it continue to work. This one will set like a moisturizer, but also makes a great makeup primer. I would normally use a sheet mask during a night in and right before bed, but this would be the perfect one to use before a special occasion, such as Valentine's Day. I will probably hold onto this for when my face needs an extra splash of moisture and is looking a little dull.

Spongelle You Have My Heart on a String Body Wash Buffer + Polish

$15.00 - 3 oz    (Full Size!)

I was so excited to see this item in this month's box, because I've had one before, and I absolutely loved it. This sponge is infused with body wash so you just get it wet and and the body wash releases as you use it. I also like this product, because it has a buffer side to help clean away dead and dull skin. This scent is much sweeter than my last one, which is perfect for Valentine's Day, and it reminds me of a luxurious spa. This is supposed to last for 14 plus uses, but my last one lasted me a couple of month's, so you can really get a lot of use from it. Again, I love this product, and I hope this isn't the last time I receive one.

Beauty for Real Blush + Glo Blush and Highlighter Duo in Coral Crush + Hi Beam

$24.00 - 9 g    (Full Size!)

This duo stick has a highlighter on one end and blush on another to create the perfect contouring multi-use beauty product. This cream formula also provides anti-aging benefits. The coral blush is a little mauve for me, but it is a natural color. I like that you can wear this on your cheeks, lips, eyes, or to contour your body. The highlighter is more of a bronzer on my skin. It is actually darker than my skin tone, so I could actually use it on the dark contours, but because it is so shimmery, it doesn't look very natural. The product itself is very nice, and it does a great job of blending and lasting, but those colors aren't great for my skin tone. I would like to try some of their other items.

Realtree for Her Travel Sprayer

$12.99 - 10 ml    (Full Size!)

I really enjoy receiving perfume in my subscription boxes, especially deluxe samples, but that is only if I really like the scent. I believe this brand is marketed for the outdoorsy, hunting type girl, which isn't me, but I am also no a huge fan of the scent. It has notes of pomegranate, persimmon, and orchids, but it reminds me of a cheap body spray that I used to own as a child. I really wish I enjoyed it, because it is the perfect size for travel and to use up before it's table life expires, but unfortunately, the scent just isn't for me.

Freeze 24-7 Anti Aging Eye Serum

$115.00 - 0.5 oz    ($58.00 Value)

This sample size product is still worth double the cost of this box, which is insane. This box normally sends out full size items, but since it has such a high value, and eye serum lasts forever, I am alight with this travel size. This serum takes care of fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles, and puffiness. This does create a small film, which I don't love, but I am surprised by the results. The dark under my eyes has practically disappeared with one use, and I've also noticed other small improvements. Again, you can wear this underneath makeup, which isn't always the case with eye serums. I like that, because then I can apply it during the morning when I get ready, and not forget or be too tired to do it at night. This does work wonders, and I will definitely use it until it's gone.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this month's box. I love the sponge, banana powder, sheet mask, and eye serum. I really wish the blush and highlighter duo stick worked for me, because I really like that product and brand. The only thing that I'm really not excited about in this month's box is the perfume, but that is just because the scent isn't for me. Overall, this box has a value of $133.99. I know I say this every time, but that is insane.

If you would like to try BoxyCharm for yourself, just click here. It is a great gift for anyone, including yourself, and it is a great way to build your makeup collection.

Birchbox February 2016 Review - What's the Occasion?

Yaaasss! My Birchbox has arrived for the month of February, and while I don't know what is inside, I know it is going to be great. Birchbox is a monthly subscription box that offers at least five beauty samples with some full size items that is specially curated for you for only $10 a month. Birchbox doesn't always have the most value or the most full size items, but I do think that it has the best mix of samples that are perfect for me, and I've found so many staples that are now regulars in my beauty routine.

This box is really cute, but it isn't one of my favorites. The pink, arrows, and jewelry are perfect for Valentine's Day, which I am guessing is the theme. I like the symmetry of this box, but it is a little too cutsie for me. On the other hand, these boxes are really fun to collect, and I've kept them all ever since they've been decorating them. Some of them I keep on shelves, but I mostly keep them in a cupboard and use them to organize all my samples. What better way to use a Birchbox, right?

This month's theme is What's the Occassion? These month's samples are focused around using special products for those special occasions in your life. This could be a wedding (maybe your own), Valentine's Day, or your Birthday. I am really excited about these products, because I love to treat myself, but I already tend to save my favorite samples for those special occasions. Hopefully, there will be some of those samples that I love so much that I only use on special occasions, but I also hope there are some that I can use on a regular basis too.

$14.00 - 0.14 oz    (Full Size!)

This was my selected sample choice for this month, and I am super excited to try it out. This lip balm takes the pH of your skin and create a color on your lips that is uniquely your own. This is very hydrating, and it makes my lips a nice medium pink. I really like lip color, but it always drys them out, and the lip color ends up looking cracked and flaky. By using a moisturizing lip color, both of those problems are solved, and I still get to wear some color. Also, since it is a color you create with your own pH, the color is perfect for you. I absolutely love this product, and I am so glad I choose this as my sample.

BORGHESE Fango Purificante Clay Cleanser

$30.00 - 3.5 oz    ($8.57 Value)

I am a huge fan of clay masks, but this clay facial treatment is a cleanser that you can use daily instead of weekly. This will draw out impurities and clean skin leaving your skin soothed. I didn't really know what to expect when trying this out, but it lathered a little, just like any cleanser. It did feel like I was rubbing a mask all over my face at first, but the cleanser properties came out pretty quickly. This left my skin refreshed and clean like a cleanser, but also purified and soothed like a clay mask. I really liked this product, and I am glad that I was able to sample it in this month's box. This is a great product to use for special occasions, or just everyday.

$8.50 - 0.5 oz    ($4.25 Value)

I am usually not the biggest fan of nail polish in my subscription boxes, because it is something I rarely wear, but recently I've been painting my nails more often. I tried this out on my toe nails, and the color came out to be more like a candy apple red. It took about two coats, but you could do one if you want to have more of a red icing. This is lasting pretty long, and has yet to chip. I really like this color for Valentine's Day, or really any day. It is a beautiful red that would work well for the holidays, a date night, or to match your bathing suit in the summer. This small bottle will never run out either, so I won't have to purchase the full size item.

$40.00 - 500 ml    ($1.20 Value)

While this is a really small sample, I was still able to get about two uses out of it. I am really impressed with this smell, and it stayed with my hair all day. To use this product, you apply it to towel dried hair and leave in for at least 3 minutes. I did this in the shower and just rung out my hair to dry it out a little. This mask is full of argan oil, fatty acids, vitamin E, and tree tea oil to add softness and shine. I did notice that my hair was super soft, but I didn't notice any additional shine. I really enjoyed this product, and I think it was great for my hair, but it wasn't great enough to spend $40 on the full size product. I would definitely recommend using this before any special occasion to make your hair soft and smooth.

$80.00 - 1.7 oz    ($2.82 Value)

I think that perfume is the best way to make yourself feel great and ready for a special night out, so this is a great sample for this month. This perfume is both fruity and floral with touches of vanilla and patchouli. This is a romantic scent, which is perfect for Valentine's Day, or any romantic date to follow. I could also see myself wearing this to an intimate wedding or even a dinner on the beach. This is a nice perfume, and I really like it. I know that many people don't enjoy perfume samples, but I think it is a great way to mix up your scents for the occasion, and it is also a great way to find one you love.

Overall, I am really happy with this month's box, but really, I am rarely not happy with my Birchbox. I am in love with that lip balm, and that clay cleanser is the best. I am really happy with that nail polish, perfume and hair mask. I do wish the hair mask were larger, but I guess I can just save it for special occasions like the theme recommends. This box has a value of $30.84. That is pretty great, and pretty common for Birchbox. You only spend $10 on the curated box, so any value outside of that is great, but it is most important that you love the items inside, which I normally always do.

If you would like to try Birchbox for yourself, just click here. It is a great gift for your friend, family member, or even yourself.

Bulu Box Weight Loss January 2016 Review

My first Bulu Box has arrived for the year 2016, and since the New Year is always a time that we start rethinking about our health and fitness. It is also a great time to start fresh and begin that workout routine or to start eating clean. Bulu Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers five sample size and sometimes full size items for only $10 a month. I used a coupon code that gives me $5 off every box for the rest of my life, so this box only costs me $5. That is a great deal, and how could I say no, really.

Along with the samples, you get reward points for every item your review. These add up to cash that you can spend in their shop on full size items. You also get reward points for every box you purchase. So, while I only spent $5 on this box, I get $7.50 in reward points every month to spend in the shop. Also, each box comes with a description card that explains every sample and allows you to write down how they worked for you. This comes in helpful for when the time comes to cash in your points, because you can look back and see what you really liked and what worked well for you in the past.

Toufayan Gluten Free Pita Chips in Sea Salts

$19.96 - 4 6 oz bags    ($1.04 Value)

I always think it is a little weird when I receive food in my weight loss subscription box, but as long as they are a low calorie snack, I guess that would be acceptable. This isn't necessarily a healthy or low calorie food choice, so I'm not to thrilled about that. Also, I don't really care for pita chips. They are too hard and flavorless to me. On the other hand, I do enjoy sea salt flavoring, because it is a healthier choice over regular salt. These are kinda a miss for me, but I will put them in the kitchen, and someone will eat them eventually.

$52.99 - 2 lbs    ($1.71 Value)

I fell like every time they send over protein packs, they think that I am a huge body builder, but they are useful for me. I have been eating less meat recently, and I have noticed a big difference in my energy levels. I can only eat so many eggs. This protein powder is perfect mixed with milk since the flavor is Ice Cream Sandwich, and it did taste more like a desert than a health food. I know the purpose of this is to build muscle, which I am sure it did help, but I feel like the real reward was a burst of energy. I did like this product, but it is something that I just don't feel like I need. I can find protein in other places, and I don't really need to spend money on items like this.

Everlast LEAN

$44.99 - 56 tablets    (Full Size!)

This in en entire bottle, you guys! And, it is the item that I am the most excited for. This not only increases your metabolism, but it also is packed full of caffeine and green tea, so it will get your body up and moving. I really enjoy these types of supplements, because I do eat healthy and workout almost daily, but sometimes I need a little push to really see weight fall off. Also, this is a full size item, so it not only increases the value of the box quite a bit, but it also allows me to really see if this product works. I have already noticed an increase in energy, but I have also noticed my metabolism killing it. It is nice to have this extra kick, and I am really enjoying this sample. This product alone was definitely worth the entire box.

$10.99 - 2.5 oz    ($0.53 Value)

This item has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss, but I am perfectly fine with receiving it in this box. My skin always gets so dry this time of year, and sometimes my skin starts to crack. That achy and painful skin could restrict you from being mobile and getting in your daily workout, so healed skin is definitely the way to go. This did a great job at moisturizing and healing my heels, elbows, and the back of my arms. This helped take care of any irritation that I was feeling, and made it so I could jump back into my workout without being ginger or feeling pain. This is a great addition to this month's box, and it will also last quite a while. I probably won't purchase this full size item, but I will enjoy it while it lasts.

$39.99 - 30 count    ($1.33 Value)

This is a pretty interesting product, and I absolutely love everything there is to do with caffeine and energy supplements. In order to use this, just throw it in your favorite drink or water and let it dissolve completely. I did actually like this flavor, and I am already used to throwing citrus in my water for flavoring. This is full of natural energy, and doesn't wire you up and crash when it's over. I really like this product, and could see myself purchasing more in the future. I think I'd have so much more energy to workout and complete my list of things to do if I had a stock of these.

Health Logics BioCell Collagen

$39.95 - 120 capsules    ($0.67 Value)

I have already noticed my skin looking older in my late twenties, and that is even after eating well and taking care of myself. I do have early wrinkles and fine lines, so this could be a great product for me. I am not really sure if it worked, and I didn't notice any real change after using this sample, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. I really don't like small samples like these, when it doesn't really work until you use if for a while. Or, at least you can see it working. I like the idea of this supplement, so maybe I will purchase the full size bottle with my points.

$13.98 - 20 packets    ($0.70 Value)

Every once in a while I have the hardest time falling asleep. I don't know if it is because of stress, anxiety, or that I'm just not tired, but I need to sleep. This Dream Water goes into a glass of water or a night smoothie and quickly shuts your body down to a long, restful sleep. Also, since it isn't a sleeping drug, you wake up refreshed instead of groggy. I didn't love the taste, and it wasn't the most pleasant thing to drink down. On the other hand, I did feel tired quickly after drinking this, and I went to bed shortly afterwards. I don't remember waking up often in the night, and in the morning I was restful.

Overall, I am really happy with this box. I am really happy with all the samples except the pita chips, and the lean supplements are a big bonus. I will be able to see the effects from those, because I have an entire month's worth to try. The other samples were pretty small, but at least they were all items that I could use and pertained to me. This box has an estimated value of $50.27. That is a crazy amount for a $5 box. Plus, I will get $8.50 to spend in the shop once I review all the items. I am really happy with the items and with the value. I will definitely continue with this subscription.

If you would like to try Bulu Box for yourself, just click here. You could have a great start to a healthier you for only $5 a month.

BoxyCharm January 2016 Review - Eyes on 2016

Yeah! My BoxyCharm has arrived for the month of January, and I can't wait to see what goodies this month has in store for me.

This month's theme is Eyes on 2016. This particular theme isn't as creative as they normally are, but I am always excited about receiving eye beauty products. This is almost the exact same theme as Ipsy, which is a little weird, but if this box is going to be as amazing as my Ipsy, then I really can't complain. I hope that this box comes with a great mascara, since I've really liked the brands they've included in the past. I am guessing it will have an eyeliner, which I don't really need. I guess we will see.

This brush set is everything you would ever need for your eye makeup. This brush set comes with a detail brush, crease brush, and a smudger. I personally only use one or two brushes on my eyes, but that is mainly because I don't have the variety that comes in this set. These are really high quality, too, and I really like the heavy packed bristles. I do already have a smudger brush, but it is always nice to have two. That way, you don't have to clean them as often. I think this is a great addition to this month's eyes themed box, and I can't wait to give them a try.

$39.95 - 1 oz    (Full Size!)

We've received a few of Coastal Scents other eye shadow palettes in previous BoxyCharm boxes, and I've been a fan since day one. People don't always love their pigmentation, but I like that they aren't too heavy. They have some fallout too, but not if you wear an eyeshadow primer first. This palette has great variety of both matte and shimmery colors with some blues mixed in. I am glad they went with blue for this palette, because their other palettes are pretty pink. They listed this as $39.95 for the palette, but it is always on sale for half price wherever it is sold. I guess $39.95 is the non discounted price. I am really excited about this item, and I can't wait to give it try for a more glamorous night out.

$26.00 - 0.25 fl oz    (Full Size!)

I love receiving and trying out mascaras that come in my subscription boxes. Mascara is always so expensive, and I used to just stick to the same old, because I didn't want to waste money on something I didn't love. This mascara is something a little different and creates "tubes" on your eyes instead of just coating them with mascara. I am not really sure what that means, but I am happy with the outcome. This did a really nice job of coating my lashes without leaving them clumpy. Also, it made my lashes full and semi dramatic. I am a big fan of this mascara, and I really happy with the full size bottle. This is a great addition and I am happy to get to try it out.

$19.00    (Full Size!)

I feel like I always receive at least an eyeliner every month in my subscription boxes, and since I rarely wear mascara, I don't really have the opportunity to wear them out. I do like this particular mascara, thought, and it is the perfect one to use for a straight line. This is a gel eyeliner and the end comes with a simple to use applicator. I do like this, but I really don't think I will get that much use out of it. I do already have a few gel eyeliners that I rarely use. Maybe I will pass this along to a friend or just throw it in with the rest, but either way, I am not too excited about this overall.

I am really happy with this month's box. That mascara and eyeshadow is great, and I will definitely get a lot of use from them. This is my first smoky palette, and I can't wait to play around with all the colors. Those brushes are nice, too, but that eyeliner just won't be used by me. This month's box has a value of $108.92. This is absolutely crazy, especially since this box only cost $21. The real value of eyeshadow is about $20 less, but that still makes this box worth $90. I am really happy with this box, and I hope it is a sign for a year of great
subscriptions.
